Meet the service inventory system
Service Inventory is used to collect, process and share information about services provided by the operator in order to support sales and service maintenance processes. The solution enables modeling of services in accordance with TM Forum’s recommendations so that the telecommunications operator can record all aspects and parameters of its services (both in terms of customers and equipment). Service Inventory system provides a web service interface that allows integration with other systems, in particular with CRM, Resource Inventory and Workflow.
What exactly can it help you with?
This system verifies whether a given service can be provided at a specific location or between specific locations. It also registers the services sold to the client and in case of problems it will block the network resources used to provide the given service. Provides technical parameters needed to activate a given service in the service activation process. If necessary, it will show the services related to the selected network element. Each set of services can be easily found using the selected text phrase, customer name, service status.
